Back pain treatment through ayurveda

Herbal Remedies for Backpain

Herbal Oil Massage for backpain
- The painful area of the back needs to be rubbed with some mahanarayana oil. It happens to be very effective to relieve one’s pain. Pitta and Vata types need to rub the oil on the surface. The kapha types have to give deeper massage to the concerned area for sometime.

Enema
