Back pain is a common problem that many people face sometime in their lives. In fact about 75% to 85% of the people experience back pain. Next to common cold it is the most commonly occurring health condition.

Back pain can occur due to over work at either the office front or home front. Manual laborers also suffer from back pain. In fact even housewives suffer from it while performing their daily chores.
