Sweeteners for Diabeties
Diabetes is a health condition whereby the pancreas does not produce insulin in order to convert sugar into energy. People who are diabetic have low energy levels and feel very tired. They are usually advised to avoid refined sugar as it contains a lot of carbohydrates. A diabetic can go in for artificial sweeteners which are substitutes for refined sugars.
Refined sugar, honey, fructose, brown sugar, raw sugar is simple carbohydrates. They are quickly absorbed in the bloodstream. They help the pancreas to release insulin to get rid of the excessive carbohydrates.

Just because a sweetener is popular or has 0 calories, does not mean it is safe. Stay away from aspartame, splenda, and saccharin.
The stevia products may be better, but know that Truvia is about 99% erythritol.
I use Sweetleaf stevia. There are no artificial sweeteners or chemicals, and all it’s blended with is soluble inulin fiber (in their powder). It has 0 calories, 0 carbs, and a 0 glycemic index. It works in baking–I know that personally!
