Exercise is good for health. Running, jogging, swimming increases one’s vitality and keeps a person in good stead. Usually people are very lazy to exercise. They are either leading very hectic lives and do not have the time to exercise or simply do not want to do so. Lack of exercise causes obesity.
People have several reasons not to exercise more so to avoid running, which is definitely a good form of exercise. It is an easy way to burn off calories. Yet many do not want tit run. Why this so?
Reasons for not Running
The primary top 10 excuses for not running are:
- Laziness is a common factor. Many just feel too lazy to run. They prefer to walk.
- Teenagers like to be glued to the television set watching their favorite movie or watching their favorite movie in a theatre. Even adults tend to the same. They suffer from over-weight.
- Many prefer a relaxed walk. They like to stroll down the lane rather than run.
- Some are introverts and prefer staying indoors, rather than taking part in an outdoor activity. They prefer to read a book or watch television and be to themselves.
- Obese people find it difficult to run. Excessive weight is not very good for health People suffering from it find it difficult to walk. Naturally running is absolutely impossible for them.
- Some may be out of practice when it comes to physical work. Regularity in exercise is very essential to maintain good health. If one has not run for along time, they find it difficult to even run a few paces
- The habit of physical exercise is not cultivated since childhood in the case of some adults. These days in schools physical education is cultivated at an early stage.
- Some may have health problems for not running like a heart problem. People suffering from such a condition must not exert themselves too much.
- Lack of time to run. People are so busy these days that they do not have time for any physical exercise.
- Boredom is also a factor, People do not run the on the same path daily. Sometimes they also get bored of running on the treadmill.
Running is no doubt a good form of exercise to lose weight. One feels very energetic and vibrant and a feeling of good health after running some distance.
