Below are top 10 steps you cannot go without for a complete hair care:
- Treat you hair gently. Don’t punish your hairs by using chemical colors, chemical based shampoos etc.
- Take 2 glasses of milk to get the required calcium essential for healthy hairs.
- Add a lot of iron and minerals in your diet. Remember to take these in a natural way with iron and mineral rich food items.
- Add proteins in the form of eggs and nuts to your regular diet.
- Eat lot of fresh fruit and green vegetables.
