- Walnuts are useful during memory loss. One must take 20 gms of it regularly for good benefits.
- Black pepper. Take a mix of well- grounded 5 black-pepper seeds and one teaspoon of honey in the morning as well as in the evening to fight the condition.
- Sage. It helps in better concentration and improves mental exhaustion. It is advisable to have tea made of sage leaves.
- Fruits – Fruits which help in memory loss are oranges, figs, apples and grapes. It is good to take raisins with figs.
