  • Eating apples as they contain phosphorous and potassium. One can eat an apple with one teaspoonful of honey and a cup of milk.
  • Walnuts are useful during memory loss. One must take 20 gms of it regularly for good benefits.
  • Black pepper. Take a mix of well- grounded 5 black-pepper seeds and one teaspoon of honey in the morning as well as in the evening to fight the condition.
  • Sage. It helps in better concentration and improves mental exhaustion. It is advisable to have tea made of sage leaves.
  • Fruits – Fruits which help in memory loss are oranges, figs, apples and grapes. It is good to take raisins with figs.

  • Cumin seeds – These help in treating amnesia and dullness of the memory. Mix three grams of black cumin seeds with 2 teaspoonfuls of honey to be taken once in a day preferably in the morning.
