I read somewhere that, as an adult or if we are older than 2 year old, we don’t actually benefit much by taking milk on regular basis. This is because our system enzyme no longer absorb the calcium and other vitamin in milk that effectively. I could be wrong about the number, but it was said that is not more than 10% was absorbed.

Calcium in milk also becomes useless when it combines with phosphorus found in many protein-rich foods. Coffee and tea are well-known contributors to the loss of calcium through urine no matter how much milk is added to them.

Milk is good if immediately drunk after milking cow/buffalo. Nowadays several poisons are added in milk or given to cattle through feed, hence milk is poison instead of nourishment .Milk is no more tonic or food as milk producers are after money by indulging malpractices. Now it is up to individual to decide about consuming milk…..
