Are you frustrated most of the time? Is irritation your constant companion? Is it difficult for you to give your best at work? Are relationships appearing as a burden rather than a blessing? Are less sleep, anxiety, depression, compromises, confusion, loneliness and many other such factors engulfing your spirit? If these questions are frighteningly appearing to be true in your life, then blame yourself and no one else. But, is there are way out? Of course.

  • What reigns supreme is our soul and its spirit

Make Yourself A Priority In Your Own Life

  • The biggest happiness and the truest sense of strength in life is in knowing one’s own self
  • No work in this world is as important as discovering the inner world within us
  • When we begin this journey of the inner world, we are all alone
  • By the end of it, we realize that our commitment should be in striking a balance between the body, mind and soul. Rest of all the activities fall in their place
  • To achieve this balance, we must manage the 24 hours in a day. A disciplined life is all that is called for
  • We need to practice detachment from the material world and curb its influence on us. The spiritual world and its elements are to be embraced
  • During the journey of self-discovery we come across our vices which are to be addressed promptly. This makes us humble and feel as humans. The soul increasingly feels nourished with this inner honesty
  • Then, a certain amount of time in the morning hours must to be allocated to meditation. This practice naturally brings the disturbed mind within our control
  • At last, but not the least, our physical body should be given its due respect by regularly exercising for at least 30 minutes daily
  • Bad habit like smoking should be given up and alcohol consumption should be moderated
  • Intake of excess salt, spice and sugar should be stopped.
