Another proven method for extreme weight loss is by drinking excessive amounts of water. The majority of people that are overweight are not following very nutritious eating habits. They are also likely not getting enough water to drink. If you increase the amount of water that you are drinking, you not only make yourself healthier, but water makes you feel full. By drinking excessive amounts of water you will not feel as hungry. This will help you to eat less and to lose the weight fast. The more water you consume on a daily basis, the better your chances for extreme weight loss. As a general rule, it is a good idea to drink at least three liters of water a day.

Finally, we get to a method that is being used more and more frequently. In recent years there has been a surge in the amount of surgeries that are being performed to help with extreme weight loss. Whether you get a tummy tuck, have a band placed around your stomach, or try one of the many other surgical options that are out there, the results are the same. You are going to lose a large amount of weight very quickly with surgical intervention. This is not the safest way to lose the weight, but it is effective and for some people it is the only way to get the weight off.
