Homemade Facial Mask
The sebaceous glands, commonly known as the oil glands of the skin secrete oil to keep the skin soft and hydrated. However, when these glands become hyperactive, they secrete more and more fat, thus making your skin “oily”. Oily skin is sensitive to other skin types and needs more care and attention. Usually, the excess oil in the skin clings to dirt and blocks the skin’s pores. Untreated oily skin can lead to several skin problems, including open pores, acne, spots, blackheads, etc. To get rid of the excess oil and to keep your skin healthy, you need to keep your skin oil-free and dirt-free.

Do I have oily skin?

If you suffer from frequent whitehead and blackhead breakouts or if your skin looks too shiny, it can be concluded that you have oily skin. Moreover, people with oily skin commonly have visible skin pores all over their faces. Recognizing your skin type is the first step towards proper skincare. Maintaining a good skincare regimen helps manage the excess oil and gives a fresh look to your skin.

How to get rid of oily skin?

If you are frustrated with your oily skin problems, one of the best solutions is to use a homemade facial mask for oily skin. These homemade face masks help clean your face by removing all the dirt that clogs your pores without having any side effects on your skin that might happen from synthetic/chemical masks.
