If you try traditional medicines you may have temporary effect but the traditional drugs have so many common side effects that you have to find alternative means. Hence it is the best way to take such medicines that are friendly to our body and help a lot and especially herbs that boost our immune system.

Now you have to brood over the matter what to take as immune boosting elements. Searches all over the globe have found out that it is the ginseng that plays a vital role as an immune booster. You may find in the market many kinds of ginseng products. But it is the best suggestion for you to buy ginseng products as per the advice of the herb specialist. Ginseng has some adverse effects on the body.

Every body in this beautiful world knows that milk is a food packed with all kinds of nutrients. If you take milk regularly you need not have to think of any ailment that can make you confined. Drinking milk regularly with a little sugar offers you all sorts of nutrients your body urgently is in need of. Never take raw milk. Milk should always be taken warm.

The two important herbs that are found in our kitchen are garlic and ginger. You can take them admixed with your cooked items or raw. These two herbs, especially the garlic has the potent power to combat different types of diseases ranging from hypertension, diabetes, bloating, coronary diseases and so on. Garlic must be taken raw. A few cloves may be taken along with warm milk to have the best effect.

Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, turnip are immunity boosters worthy of mention. It is better to add these vegetables to the dishes on a regular basis. In this way the essential things are easily added to our daily dishes providing enough ingredients to boost our energy in a remarkable manner.

Again the juice of vegetables and different fruits offer us the materials that are really essential. If enough quantity of juices of carrot, ginger, beetroot, gooseberry can be taken with a pinch of rock salt we may have sufficient immunity boosting materials. If you wish you may add honey to make the taste of this juice more palatable. It must be taken into account that if the juice of fruits, some vegetables and herbs are taken regularly we can be able to boost our own immunity system to combat many deadly ailments that are ready to pounce on us.
