I am sure of the green apple benefits but my question is – Is there any difference between a normal and a green apple. I could give a suggestion to people who are overwhelmed with the benefits of apples. Please do not take apple or apple juice if you have heart burns or if you are suffering from gerd problem/acid reflux disease.Apple along with oranges are not that good in above ailments.
thats not true. acid reflux/heartburn happens due to a bad diet, and from a bad diet there is an overwhelming about of unhealthy food in the stomach. The fatty caloric dense food in an unhealthy meal that causes heartburn happens because there is not enough stomach acid to break the food down, so your stomach will churn violently as a backup option. Thus, if you eat an apple, which is high in natural acids, or drink apple cider vinegar mixed with purified water which is acidic is well, you well do your stomach wonders because it will have the extra acids it needs to break the food down.
Unfortunately, people turn to antacids, which is exactly the opposite of what your stomach needs. This causes temporarily relief, but long term problems because you create an acid-imbalance in your stomach. Change your diet, and if you have a treat meal here and there, and ya get some acid reflux/heartburn, eat a green apple or take some apple cider vinegar to cure the problem.
I have that problem so I eat green apple right after meal or right before mean or with meal
Thanks for all valubile health tips.

I’m glad I love green apples..in fact I just had one 😃
so whats the diff between a green apple or a red apple? what’s in a green apple?
One of the benefits of eating a green apple? It has a PHYTO NUTRIENT not mentioned above: SELENIUM! This wonder nutrient (naturally found in the soil) is in high doses in greens like spinach; kale and celery etc and in most fruits and vegetebales helps DETOX the body of believe it or not nicotine among other harmful things! I know this because I use to be a licensed massage therapist and our instructor gave a demonstration of a hot steam bath using tea leaves and after the lesson sheets reeked of NICOTINE! It over time dissolves kidney/gall stones; bone spurs; heel spurs back spurs (which are all de-calcified stone) and you pass through process of elimination! Helps with weight loss and helps build your good bacteria causing flatulence! Too much is a bad idea because it detoxifies your body so fast it will leave red rashes on your neck etc! Health Food Stores has it!
