  • First of all what you have to do is to find a sting remover.
  • Wash the affected site with vinegar so that the venom of the sting is neutralized.
  • After you take out the sting rub the area with ice cubes.
  • If you find a chemist shop near your home you may buy an aspirin or a paracetamol tablet over the counter.
  • Have you Basil plant at home? Crush the leaves and add the juice to the affected part.
  • It is the Aloe Vera gel that has the power to heal the wound. So you may use it. It has no side effects.
  • Hold a piece of lemon to the wound. Lemon juice has the power to neutralize the poison.
  • Similarly crushing a clove of garlic you can stick it on the affected area.
  • If you find copper at the corner of your home, press it for 10 to 20 minutes on the affected site.
  • Similarly a piece of onion too can show its prowess. Just thrush the onion and with the aid of a sticky bandage stick it on the wound for some hours. You are sure to get relief then and there.

Wasps are not the type of insects that are always aggressive. Actually when they are scared, when they have to brood over the safety of their nests they attack human beings out of sheer anticipation. Hence when the period of cleaning of the surroundings or the garden comes, the episodes of wasp stings start as an obvious after effect. Besides these there are other factors responsible for the wasp stings.

  • Wasps attack being attracted by perfumes.
  • Bright colors attract them to a great extent.
  • Smell of rotten fruits also attracts the wasps.
  • Odor of garbage draws their attraction too.

After effect of a Wasp Sting
As soon as the wasp stings you may feel a sudden irritation. The place of bite may be swelled. The affected area becomes tinged with a red hue. If you are allergic to bites you may have a sudden anaphylactic reaction that leads to immediate doctor’s intervention. Sometimes the sting may prove fatal. The possibility of death can not be ruled out. What you have to do is to assess the situation and take necessary actions.

What to do in case a Wasp Stings?
If a wasp stings you, you need not be worried provided you fall very sick. There are so many home remedies for wasp stings mentioned above that you may find in your kitchen with which you can combat the inflammable bite. But if you feel numbed, feel excessive pain, an urge for vomiting you must seek the help of a doctor immediately. If no such symptom occurs try to sterilize the area with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.
